Course Etiquette & Rules

The overriding principle is that consideration should be shown to others on the course at all times

There should be no disturbances or distractions

When on the putting green

  • Don’t stand on another players line
  • When a player is making a stroke don’t cast a shadow over his/her line of putt


  • As a marker, on the way to the next tee confirm the score you can always mark the card when other members of your group are teeing offf
  • Do not stand on the green marking your card

Pace of Play

  • Play at a good pace and keep up. If you walk up to a tee and the group in front is already out of range, you are behind
  • If you get to your second shot and the green is clear, you are behind
  • Move to your ball and be ready to play when it is your turn
